Lab & Research Interest

Cancer involves a complex series of events to gain insights into cancer progression, drug resistance mechanisms and develop precision medicine therapeutic strategies to improve treatment effectiveness. In our lab, we establish a patient-derived tumor cells (PDC) culture system generated from blood, tumor tissue, or liquid samples, which is an essential tool to reflect tumor behavior and clinical treatment outcome. We also identify cancer-associated molecules and mechanisms through cellular and bioinformatics model generation and aim to identify potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
