研究方向及研究室特色

實驗室研究方向為應用不同類型的機器學習計算法,像是神經網絡,可以更好的對臨床數據以及基因體、轉錄體、蛋白質體數據進行分類,用以理解臨床特徵和疾病機制背後的生物學含義。群體遺傳學部分則是了解性狀的選擇以及其在群體中的功能。
